busy life

Work has been so very busy. Truckerman is finished classes and will be starting finals tomorrow. But then will be starting classes again at the beginning of May.

My parents were here on the weekend and spoiled the boys rotten. Dad took Truckerman and the boys to the Science Center and they had a blast. Mom, her friend and I went shopping. Mom introduced me to a new store that have all natural products. The store is called LUSH and I have fallen in love with their shampoo and conditioner. The web addy is www.lush.ca The prices may seem a bit high but the shampoo pucks last as long as 3 bottles of shampoo.

After shopping and the science center we had a BBQ and then my parents took the boys and went and bought them new bikes. Pete was so excited since everyone around here has been riding except him since his bike had been stolen. So he has put a lot of miles on the bike since the weekend.

Pete was invited to the University to tour the Mechanical Engineering Department. There is a professor there that had spoke at the boys school and was so impressed with Pete that he asked to mentor him and have him come to the University a few times a year to see what they are doing. What an honor and an experience for him. He really enjoyed himself and would like to keep going.

Our new place is so much better then the last place especially since last week there was a shooting right by our old place. Yes, I am so very happy that we moved.

Last night the boys school had a Fine Arts night and the boys classes sang some songs, and Pete played a song that he played at the Music Festival last year on the piano. I'm thinking that we might have to get a key board for him and put him back in lessons again and also Repete because he is so good with music.
