We have sold our house!! Yup that is correct, we sold our house!

First offer not so great, second offer, asking price. Thank goodness for the 48 hour clause. This means that either the first have to come up with the offer price in 48 hours or the deal is done and the second offer comes into effect. It has been 24 hours and nothing so far. I am hoping to not hear anything tomorrow either and then the second offer comes into effect and that is the better deal all around. But regardless the house is sold either way.

YIPEE!!!

My mom said last night that the first buyers will probably ask for an extension since they keep trying to get them. Ya, that is not going to happen.

Other news. The male neighbor is back. :-P Truckerman went to the office and filed a complaint. I guess this is one in a long line of many. Their lease will not be renewed and they will not be receiving their deposit back and they are looking at evicting them hopefully soon. I hope it is sooner then later since the dogs are now jumping out the window and over the fence.
