Long time since I Blogged

I was told that I need to blog more often. And since it has been months and so much has happened and is happening and I need an outlet I thought that I should get back on.

First thing is this stupid thing wouldn't let me on for 10 minutes saying that my email and password were wrong. Hmm I didn't change anything.

So anyways, we moved again. Yup, the family that hates to move, moved again.

There were a lot of reasons for the move. One, our old landlords decided that they were raising the rent to more then what the place was worth. We were in a duplex and it needed work. We found a house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a finished basement, a single car garage, large fenced yard, and it is very close to work for me and for Truckerman. Plus the rent is only $65 more then the 2 bed duplex. Scary isn't it.

We are liking it here. It is not the big city, it is a smaller city and it has a small town feel. It is so much quieter and safer here. The boys have met a couple of the neighbors now but unfortunately there are no kids their ages that they have seen yet.

We have been going for walks around the neighborhood and have found a couple of playground and fields to play in. That made the boys excited. On one of our walks a pine cone attacked Repete to make him fall off his bike. Truckerman had to carry him home but he was back on the bike the next day.

Work was extremely busy for us since Christmas but has finally slowed down for a bit. But it looks like it is starting to pick up again. Some days, well most days, I wish that I was still a stay at home mom. I really do miss it. Don't get me wrong, I do like helping the families that i meet, but I miss helping at the boys school, knowing the boys friends and their parents, and many other things.

Truckerman will be having his Convocation here on May 9. He has applied for seminary but won't hear back from them until later in May or June. We are having a party for him and his cousin because she is Convocating with him.

Truckerman has been asked by the President's office to carry the cross at the graduation church service and the convocation service. That is so exciting for him. He has worked so hard and deserves it.
