Training

I have now turned into the official trainer at work. How? I'm not sure. Was I asked? Nope I was told. Do I get a raise? Nope I made a comments about it and got laughed at. Why is it my responsibility to do this? Not sure. I guess some people think I have all this time on my hands that I didn't realize that I had.

Maybe I should be honored to think that the bosses want me to train the new staff coming in to the business. There is only one snag that comes with this. We do things differently at our location then they do at our main location and that might cause some friction when I send people back there doing things my way. Actually that might be a good thing. Hee Hee!!
